How it's done - -
BPM is a system in which you gather building permit information from the government building departments in your area. This info is public information and is available free to you. The system includes as many as 4 software packages and an optional web site. The primary software includes a program for your laptop that you will use to gather the permit information. It also includes a companion program that you use to send your reports to your subscribers. They can be emailed or faxed, again all from within the program.
A typical scenario would be 100 paying subscribers getting one or more of your reports. There could be dozens of different reports as they won't all necessarily want the same thing. Some will want remodeling jobs. Others will want only residential new construction. Finally, some will want just commercial. You decide how you will market and price the various packages you offer.
